- Compact design. They take up a minimum of room around the pot area allowing the operators clear working access to the pot and the jets. The compact design makes the jets easier to fit around an existing pot.

- The mechanisms used to guide the movement of the jets are heavy industrial standard linear bearings. These have very low friction and zero backlash mechanisms/operation.
- Low inertia AC geared motors are used to power all movements.
- The transmissions used from the output shaft of these motors to their jet moving mechanisms are custom made, zero backlash gearboxes and associated couplings.
- The jets can be positioned in a diagonal position if the strip is not tracking square, out of the pot.
- The operator can see the jet position at four corners in operator desk through digital display.
- Differential coatings can be produced.
